Tommy Rotem oversees A&R and the development of artists at Beluga Heights. Rotem works closely with the label's artists to creatively develop their talent, oversee the entire recording process, and ensure their success. In 2006, Tommy discovered Sean Kingston and personally worked along with J.R. to develop Kingston's first album which received worldwide acclaim and success and launched Kingston into superstardom. In recent years, Rotem has also signed breakout stars Jason Derulo, Auburn and IYAZ to Beluga Heights/Warner Brothers, all of whom are slated for debut releases in 2009.
